ICE officers arrested a man who had arrived for a court appearance on drug charges, causing disruption and fear among building staff.
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty condemned the arrest, stating that "using local government courthouses for federal civil immigration enforcement interferes with justice and creates an environment of fear and distrust."
