A brand new Samsung Galaxy S26 has seemingly made an early appearance, with someone attempting to sell it for a staggering $1,650! It's not every day you see a device that hasn't even been officially announced popping up for sale, and this one is definitely turning heads. Samsung's next big reveal is still more than a week away, and while they've only hinted at new smartphones and wearables, leaks have suggested we're getting not just three Galaxy S26 models, but also two new Galaxy Buds 4 series earbuds.
Samsung's official launch for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra is scheduled for February 25th. However, it appears one of these highly anticipated phones has already surfaced on Craigslist. While the images shared online look quite convincing, it's difficult to confirm the reported sale price of $1,650. Upon closer inspection, it seems this device might not be the S26 Ultra as advertised, and it's unlikely to be a final retail unit.
Instead, it's more probable that this is a Galaxy S26 Plus test unit that someone is trying to offload. Current leaks point to the color seen in the images being available in retail versions as 'Black'. This particular shade appears to have a more muted, grayish tone compared to the Blueback finish on the Galaxy S25 Plus. It actually bears a closer resemblance to the color of the Galaxy S25 Edge, which you can currently find for around $527 refurbished.
